Cancellation Policy

If a session is cancelled prior to 24 hours to the scheduled session, client may reschedule that session at a later date.
If a session is cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time, the client will be charged for the cost of the session.
For group sessions, if any of the players cancel prior to 24 hours before the scheduled time, the whole session can be rescheduled. The parents of the group of players can determine whether to continue with the scheduled time, or reschedule.
