In the event of severe weather, sessions will be rescheduled, not refunded.

If you were to cancel or miss the session because of the weather, full payment is required.

Severe weather:

• Lightning strike within 10 miles.
• Cold Guideline – Cold Index with Wind Chill – 20 Degrees or below.
• Heat Guideline – Heat Index 106 and above.
